Hotel Silver Cloud

We don't like breakfast.tea was ok. But they ordered breakfast from nearby restaurent which take times . Location was so so. We cannot recommend this hotel stay to our friends or relatives.

Not properly cleaned room.bathroom was bed and tovels was smells and not properly cleaned..we find hair in the bed lookes like somebody used the room before we came.

Very poor behaviour day manager and staff also no cleanliness very break fast no facility in the hotel worth my money

Futher I didn't stay that type of hotel very bad experience you charging extra bed but hotel staff not provided extra bed pls redund my money

Basic facilities were not available, key card was outside the room. Towels were also not available. Cleaning was not done in washroom. DTH recharge was not done.

No cleaning Location far away from the main road. Do not book by just seeing photos, in reality it's not like it. No cleaning at all When checked in rooms were dirty No washroom cleaned DTH was not working even addressed to reception, they have just given excuses. No wife range in the room. You have to sit only in the lobby. Staff is not supporting, every time ignoring issues. No windows for room. Unless front room selection. This hotel is not more than any simple lodge. It's below average property.
