INBDThe location is very convenient. Close to Kolkata Railway Station.
They will not clean your room or bathroom & will not provide water bottle, shampoo etc. until you request them. You need to request them several times for those services. I stayed 5 days but they didn’t clean the bathroom even for a single day. The bedsheet was dirty. I'm not going to stay again here.

AEThe staff were very accommodating and helpful and the little restaurant downstairs was good for breakfast.
I arrived in the middle of the night so the check in process was a little difficult because they had locked up the front gates (understandable) but the night guards opened up for me. I did message them when I booked to let them know my arrival time but there was no response.
ININStaff’s behaviour and response was good, nice parking area but taking charge for parking was wrong..

Booked a deluxe AC Room on 28th September 2023 and that night the night receptionist was very rude unprofessional. He misbehaved . He doesn't know how to speak with guest. That type of receptionist should not be in hotel industry.
