Location

Size of the room was small for the three bed as well bathroom was too small. Unable to control the AC with the control. In bathroom body wash was not filled for our stay.

The staff were all absolutely lovely!! The room was clean and kept up to scratch everyday and the location was wonderful! Your a five minute walk from the centre of old town parikia, two minutes from the beach, a 15 minute walk from beach clubs, two minute walk for beachside restaurants, and really it’s just an all around amazing place!

Nothing? Everything was amazing!

You can't beat the location! The staff were wonderful and very accommodating! Thank you for everything!

The bathroom was a bit small, the toilet seat struggled to stay up on its on, but not impossible. The faucet also sprayed water outside of the sink if opened fully.

Hotel molto pulito e ristrutturato, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro cittadino

Camera essenziale, piccola a mio avviso per due persone. Bagno stretto!

La pulizia e la posizione

Malgrado avessi prenotato il 27 Agosto 2025 con larghissimo anticipo rispeto al soggiorno dal 14 Giugno al 21 Giugno il proprietario mi ha fatto cambiare chiamare camare per 1 giorno, comunicandomelo il giorno delle del mio arrivo, direi inaudito! Questa cosa è molto fastidiosa e sinceramente inspiegabile, e malgrado le nostre rimostranze non ha fatto nulla per rimediare al problema probabilemente per un suo errore di gestione delle camere. Vi chiedo cortesemente come già scritto senza che però nessuno di voi mi ha risposto un rimborso per il disagio. Anche i miei amici hanno avuto problemi.

Struttura abbastanza nuova

In sede di prenotazione ho selezionato la camera superior di 20 metri quadrati, arrivati all' hotel ho riscontrato che era di circa 12/13 metri quadrati. Il tutto è stato fatto notare al titolare che non ha voluto sentire ragioni rispondendo che quella era la mia camera. Nel corso della settimana ha anche modificato le caratteristiche della stanza che avevo prenotato su booking. Non avrei scelto questa struttura sapendo le dimensioni veramente piccole della camera

The location was convenient to the ferry. The shower worked well.

We bought some pastries at the bakery next door but weren’t allowed to sit in the garden to eat. I think this is unnecessary. My bed was very hard- after closer inspection after little sleep we realised the mattress was turned the wrong way. The beach nearby was very dirty.

Huone todella ahdas, edes matkalaukkuja ei mahtunut avaamaan huoneessa. Wc pöntöllä ei voinut istua suorassa vaan piti istua vinottain koska suihkuseinä tuli eteen. Kaikki äänet kuului seinien läpi.
