"Scam hotel. Bad management."

The location is good.

The hotel was a scam. We had booked the hotel on 8th November for 13th -18th December. The booking was successfully completed. A day before we were supposed to arrive we were asked to pay for the room to confirm the booking so we had paid. On arrival, we were denied any rooms saying that the hotel was fully booked and they cannot accommodate us. I was travelling with my wife and child. It’s an inconvenient situation for us. We contacted the Fab Hotel employee who Sailesh Kumar who was our experience manager . He asked us to leave the premises. When we asked what about the amount we have paid? He said “forget about it. “ We observed that The hotel management had booked us in,charged the money and then had rent out the hotel for wedding guests as it was a bulk booking and they could profit more from that . They could have informed us before,they could have not charged us. But they chose to scam us. When we refused to leave the premises without any explanation and refund, they offered to move us into another hotel. When we asked which hotel, they didn’t give us a name. We asked Shailesh Kumar to send us an email saying what has happened and what solution they were offering, he misbehaved with us and insulted my wife. They were simply trying to throw us out and shake off the responsibility. We threatened to call the police and after a lot of bad experience we were offered a service room used by the employees. We had arrived at the hotel at 3pm and the room was offered at 6:30pm. We had travelled for 18hours that day and we were extremely exhausted this is the treatment we received on arrival even after mentioning this to the staff numerous times.
