Bedroom beside common kitchen not as quiet as I would like

it is very well located and the host is a very nice person

it’s very expensive, it’s the price of an hotel but the comfort is very far away from an hotel, particularly at this price breakfast was very cheap and not good

Basic bedroom no shampoo or soap. Train next door, blows horns starting at 4:30 each morning. Nowhere to eat dinner in half a mile zone. Egg, rice and frijoles every morning. No fruit, no milk products

Unfortunately, my stay in Cartago was very short as I just needed to stay one night. However, it was worth it. I loved the place and the people. The breakfast was amazing; I felt like home, having it at a family table, surrounded by beautiful people and amazing conversations. I would definitely recommend it and will stay here again, if the future brings me back to Cartago. Thank you so much to Damaris (what a lovely human being!). Wish you all the best.
