Great place!

Grounds were nice and staff was very helpful. We stayed with kids and there is plenty for them to explore on the hotel grounds. If you arrive late, stop at the big gate and ask to be let in!

Super cute and unique hostel with chickens and animals and colorful hammocks and murals. Sonia, the owner, was very kind and helpful and welcoming! It was really nice to have air conditioning in our room which was amazing! The vibes were great!

Fabulous place and spotlessly clean. The owner, Sonia, was a delight and nothing too much trouble. We just loved the whole ethos of the place.

Not much happening in the local town

The main host Sonja was lovely and helped me book local taxis when I needed to get around, the staff (her family) were sweet as well. The premises and bedroom was clean, with daily cleaning while visitors are out exploring. The guests I met while staying here were kind and suggested the best attractions. Despite the hostel being in town and close to restaurants+shops, it was quiet and you’re able to get a good nights sleep. There’s a gate around the hostel which is always closed and only opens for guests, this makes you feel safe/secure- especially as a young solo female tourist.

My only criticism is the distance away from attractions, to get to the main nature spots it’s about an hour and a half drive. Thankfully Uber works in the area, but you definitely need a car to get around!
