Casa Monarca

We like the cleanliness and that it has a pool. We also like that it is dog friendly. The AC works well, although the swing function didn’t work.

The water in the shower wasn’t hot. The mattress and pillows were too firm. The check out is too early and check in is too late.

Location was fine. Casa is in dire need of some attention. Wearing and tear is showing...had no chance to use pool as pool was taken over by. Children of renters below.

Great buffet down the hill!

Bigger cups, restaurants in town were limited in hours & selection

it was close to the beach, surrounding markets, stores and restaurants

Pool, though very cold, was nice and clean. Our neighbors were lovely.

The hospitality was not friendly, it was run like a business only with employees who did their job but you could tell they didn’t really care about the guests. The apartment was out dated; window curtains didn’t pull open, bed pillows were thick and hard, Wi-Fi didn’t work much of the time, communication on how to check in was non existent and there were no lounge chairs for the pool deck area just plastic chairs. Kitchen supplies were sub par so don’t plan to try to prepare meals easily.

Very quiet with nice pool close to beach and. Restaurants Stayed in the bungalow which met our needs well. Recommend
