Bamberg itself, not the hotel.

At first glance, the building looked fine from the outside and its location seemed really good. Upon entering, unfortunately, cheap solutions became immediately apparent. The reception and the restaurant both were run by the same two visibly overworked employees. After checking in, for the first time in my life, arrived into a room that had not yet been made. When I mentioned this to the receptionist, he gave me the keys of another room without the slightest sign of remorse, almost indignantly. To my utmost surprise, this room had not yet been cleaned either. At this point, I really would have preferred to leave, except that I had just driven over 700+ km to get here. Lucky enough for me, the third room was finally more or less clean. Understandably, I was very disappointed, but the stunning beauty of Bamberg made up for my disappointment the next day. Don't get me wrong, I perfectly understand that mistakes can happen anywhere, the question always remains how we try to remedy them. The attitude I experienced here is totally unacceptable.

Ruhige Zimmer

Haare in der Dusche. Leisten waren mit Staub bedeckt. Personal hat wenig informiert gewirkt. Es wurden keine Informationen zu Check-out etc. gegeben sondern nur der Schlüssel ausgehändigt. Begrüßung wie üblich im Hotel (herzlich willkommen etc. entfiel)

Die Unterkunft war top! Hervorheben möchten wir: - die sehr aufmerksamen und freundlichen Gastgeber - das geräumige und saubere Zimmer nebst Bad - das absolut ausreichende Frühstück zu einem angemessenen Preis - die Ruhe, trotz der Lage an einer Hauptstraße - die gute Parkplatzsituation - die optimale Erreichbarkeit der Innenstadt mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Bushaltestelle schräg gegenüber) Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Удобно, подушки и матрас хорошие. Батареи можно под себя настроить, было тепло. Хорошая стоянка для авто под окнами номеров
