Персонал отеля Кулио и ее супруг очень отзывчивые, доброжелательные. Нам с первых минут все понравилось. Завтрак сытный, номер большой, все принадлежности чистые. This is an absolutely wonderful hotel! Without a doubt, it is the best place to stay in Kutaisi. Everything here is perfect: European-level comfort and rooms combined with genuine Georgian hospitality. Everything in the hotel is new, and the rooms are spotlessly clean. Every detail has been carefully considered for the guests’ comfort: a soft, fluffy blanket, perfectly clean 100% cotton bed linen, very comfortable pillows, and an excellent mattress. Good soundproofing, quiet and peaceful at night, we slept great. The shower always has plenty of hot water and great water pressure, so you can relax and enjoy it for as long as you like. The breakfasts deserve a special mention, they are absolutely delicious! The hostess prepares them with so much love and care, and you can truly feel it in every dish. I have never had such wonderful, tasty, and genuinely homemade breakfasts in any hotel before. The hotel owners are wonderful, kind, and helpful people. Whenever you need something, you can always ask them. They will help in every way they can and do everything possible to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I honestly believe this hotel is worth more than the price you pay per night on Booking. The value for money is incredible. The location is also very convenient, it is only about a 10-minute walk from the very centre of Kutaisi. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Nice place in a calm outskirts of Kutaisi. It was comfortable stay only for 1 night. But we had a good sleep. The mattress was comfortable. The pillow for my taste rather stiff. But upon the whole I would definitely recommend this hotel for short stay. The personal very kind and attentive.
