One of the reception staff members, whose name I unfortunately forgot, helped me when I lost my phone. I’m very grateful for his assistance—thank you so much! The food is delicious, the hotel is spotless, and the villa is absolutely incredible. I have no words to describe it. The location is perfect as well.

A very nice place to stay in Kutaisi. Very nice staff, clean rooms and good breakfast. I can't complain on anything.

The bathroom could have more shelves but overall it was a minor issue.

The women who served the breakfast were very kindly. The room was clean. The breakfast was nothing special but it was ok. For that price this hotel is good but I wouldn't book it one more time.

The man on the reception was very unfriendly. He seems like he don't like tourists. We missed a place to keep our things in the bathroom.

Отличный отель, просторный номер с видом на реку. Отзывчивый персонал, хорошие, достаточно сытные завтраки.

Персонал очень вежливый ,в номере было чисто ,о виде на реку с балкона,просто нет слов.Завтрак очень хороший,объемный ,прям домашняя атмосфера.
