INTariff was very affordable. Room size was satisfactory. Room cleanliness was adequate. Access to room via lift was good.
1. The room was allotted without changing the bed linen. Even after evidence of the linen being soiled was shown, the staff had to be coaxed to change it. In the event, I believe they just changed the pillow covers only. 2. The bathroom was stinking. No remedy. 3. The water in the bathroom taps is salty. 4. A towel and soap had to be collected from the reception after reaching the room - since this appears to their procedure, it could have been handed over or mentioned while checking in.

AUGreat location. Set in quiet neighborhood. From outside the building looks good.
Lot of discrepancies to the displayed photos to real presentation. Allotted room was small,messy, stinking smell, bed covers and quilt covers never changed. I have to question the reception person then he sends cleaners to clean. We waited half an hour to finish cleaning. At the end we got bit respectable place to stay. It was disappointing because of the attitude of front desk people letting the good place looks bad.
INThey made me pay more saying that the room rate for which I had done booking on booking.com was no longer available. They cheated me!
INrude staff at reception. treat customers like badly.dont attend to problems and no maintenance. dirty bath room and linen. cigarette smoking smell in corridor and it seeps into room. tv did not work and staff did not attend to tv problem complain.
