Esperia Hotel

Location was near the beach and restaurants, breakfast was ok

The location is in the main tourist road, so it was loud and busy. Good if that’s what you’re looking for :)

Cristina was very friendly! Really nice pool, good music, the room was wonderful, if i'm coming back to Zakynthos i'l be here again!

Location fanatisc.. Breakfast was ok.. Pity it is only served from 0800 hrs to 1000 hrs .. 11am would be a lot better

My companions and I recently had an unpleasant experience at Esperia Hotel that we feel compelled to share. We were treated in a very disrespectful manner by the staff, either the owner or an employee of the hotel. It happened during broad daylight when we were sitting on our balcony, enjoying the sun. Suddenly, we heard a loud voice yelling at us to shut up, as if we were animals or utterly useless. We were shocked by the unwarranted attack and decided to go downstairs to confront the person who had yelled at us. When we approached the individual, they asked us where we were from. Despite politely answering the question, they chose to treat us even worse. We were completely dismissed, and the person decided to kick us out of the hotel. We felt insulted, humiliated, and astonished by the overreaction we encountered. As guests, one expects a certain level of service and treatment at a hotel, especially when paying for it. Unfortunately, Esperia Hotel showed no professionalism or respect towards us. Not only were we mistreated, but we were also evicted in a very unpleasant manner. It's regrettable to leave a negative review, but we believe it's important to share our experience. Based on the treatment we received, we would not recommend Esperia Hotel to anyone. There are many other hotels that offer better service and respect to their guests. We hope that this was an isolated incident and that the hotel takes steps to improve its staff training and guest treatment in the future.
