The woman at reception was helpful and friendly and the property has an amazing view. It’s a great place to use as a hub for Arran

Not having block out blinds killed me. The sun lit the room up at 4am and I couldn’t sleep after. The shower pressure was very weak too

Everything. Tracy, the room, the communal kitchen and lounge area. The views etc. All excellent. Basic accommodation in the sleep huts but very comfortable, clean and beds were comfortable. Would stay here again, value for money was excellent as was the location. Can't fault it at all.

Nice outdoor space if weather is nice. Kitchen was well equipped, but also tight with multiple people cooking.

Rooms were stocked with EARPLUG, thought this was odd, until the evening when we heard every noise through the thin paper walls. Entire room was very outdated and small. Every time we flushed the toilet it whistled/hissed loudly for 48 seconds to refill. The neighbor’s flushing toilet was loud too. These were not individual huts, but a row of rooms. Anyone walking by could see right in. The communal sitting/living room area closed at 10PM sharp - we got kicked out. I understand closing the kitchen area. But the sitting area would have been nice to stay open later. The only place to go was back to the dingy outdated room.

The sea view room (room 2), I had been trying to convince the Mrs to go to Arran for ages, when she saw the view her first words were oh my god this is paradise - see pictures for room view and view from outside seating area

Freedom to come and go. Nice to sit outside with good view. Easy drive from Brodick ferry. Good pub/restaurants in Lamlash.

Shared kitchen could get busy but had good ambience.
