Sheraton Grande at Puratchi Thalaivar Dr MGR Central Railway Station

I stayed here for one night with my wife. It was a very comfortable and clean room. The bathroom was very clean and hot water was available whenever we wanted. The following day, after checkout, we wanted to keep our luggage at the hotel till evening. They happily agreed to it. In fact, they have a room assigned for keeping the luggage after checkout if the customer wishes to do so. When we went back to the hotel to collect the luggage they offered us the option to freshen up in one of their rooms before our onward journey. That was extremely nice of them. I highly recommend this hotel!

24 hours reception, helpful staff

A bit creepy the whole place. There is a very strange vibe. I did not feel very safe

Modern and lovely hotel close to the Central railway station. Staff very friendly and professional and ensures a great stay. It's a little away from the main road but it's good as it's peaceful and quiet.

Excellent rooms and cleanliness,well cooperated staffs and helpful in each and everything.

Location is bit narrow ,but I didn’t have any issues as their staffs helped in many such as getting food ,picking up cab etc. Mostly positive in that aspect too
