Price (in comparison with other rooms at the area). Location. Nice green environment. Terrace (shared). Friendly staff.

No clean toilet. No water pressure. No good matress. U can't set the temperature on the a/c (old style one). Worn out facilities. No good wifi on the 1st floor.

Trustworthy hotel owner Hot shower with strong water pressure. Quiet Aircon Very quiet at night and at daytime also. Only a few meters to the beach. Very good value for money.

It was quite dirty. Definitely not a place to go for a honeymoon. It's not romantic at all. The assistant woman does not understand English and she is not smart enough to understand very easy facts like 7-1 = 6.

This is a lovely place to stay. Good location, walking distance to the pier (~25 mins) and right by the beach. 7eleven and bars and restaurants nearby. The shop in the hotel sells big bottles of water and teas and coffees too. The room had everything we needed, towels, toilet paper, soap, a hot shower, cold aircon and a working fridge.

The room was spacious to cater as much as 6 persons as advertised. Photos were also true as to actual. Location is just a few blocks away from the beach.

Per profile, it says that you can add as much additional beds as may be requested. However per actual, they were not able to cater this request when we only requested for 1 additional bed. After further discussion they later on agreed to add a single mattress; however they offered it for a price equivalent to one room with complete amenities. Exhausted from our trip, we just opted for an additional room instead. However it was a bit disappointing because the airconditioning on that room has malfunctioned so my brother and his family had to move to a room upstairs.
