The rooms are very big and the beds are comfortable.

The staff was not helpful and not very nice. The breakfast was so bad that we left to eat outside (for the first and only time in Georgia). I think it was 3-4 days old. The shower head was broken and leaked all over. The hotel is very expensive comparing to others in the area, we usually take the cheaper ones but wanted to spend a bit more the last two nights and it turned out to be the most disappointing.
