Terrace Borjomi Hotel

The only positive aspect of my stay at this hotel was that our family room offered a generous amount of space.

Upon arrival, there was no toilet paper, bottled water, or tea and coffee in the room. The Wi-Fi was not working, and the water in the shower was barely warm. I reported these issues to the staff, but when we returned the next day, nothing had been resolved. To make matters worse, the room was uncomfortably cold. I had to raise the concerns again, at which point a staff member accompanied me to the room and managed to get the heater working. However, he was unable to assist with the internet, and regarding the lack of hot water, he simply advised me to shower with low pressure due to limited hot water availability. The breakfast was equally disappointing—consisting of cheap sausages, eggs, a small cheese platter, some vegetables, and porridge.

Room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. Walking distance to Borjomi park.

Great value for money. Big comfortable room. Great location, great breakfast.

Some of the staff didn't speak english.
