Super Hotel O New Pacifica Grand

My experience was wonderful from start to finish. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with a clean, fresh feel throughout. The staff were consistently warm and professional—special thanks to the reception she is very nice, Overall, everything was handled with care and attention. I’d happily recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.

Fake photos rooms are dirtiest, full of mosquitos

utterly one of the worst hotel stays i've had. the staff were so unfriendly. we arrived late and they accused us of not knowing our addresses..? we told them but they did not believe us. 7 of them took about 20 minutes discussing and staring at us. it was uncomfortable. On top of that, noise of children and people yelling were loud until 1am. Finally, the room was filthy!!! the bed was full of burn holes and odd stains, the bathroom had mold, and the walls were splattered with who knows what. usually I am a very tolerant traveler, staying at crappy hotels. but on top of the conditions, the hospitality makes this one of the worst experiences i've had.

Bizzare location, impossible to park a car, the rooms were dirty, bed was very uncomfortable, the room floor was full of stain, the geyser wasn't working, the stairs and lobby were very dirty.

It has everything to be a great Hotel but it NEEDS MAINTENANCE and CLEANING and when I say cleaning is not throwing water over it - ITS SCRUBBING with DETERGENT. I can't understand 2 things: 1. Why don't owners take care of their property and insist to degrade knowing customers will rate it. 2. Why customers give such a high score for such a low profile place thus deceiving future bookings ? Rate by the pics shown
