le manque d'une prise dans la salle de bain, impossibilité donc de sécher les cheveux à proximité d'un miroir

The building looks beautiful, both the reception area and the architecture are impressive. The restaurant is elegant and the food was really good.

Unfortunately, the room had a very strong smell of mold, which made it impossible to stay there. Even after mentioning it to the staff, there was no real reaction or empathy — no solution offered, not even an apology. It’s a shame, because the place itself has potential.

Lipsa plaselor de țânțari de la ferestre și un miros neplăcut seara pe holuri și în cameră ce părea să vină de la o zonă cu umezeală excesivă, dar care dimineața nu s a mai simțit.

O primire deosebită într-un loc de poveste. Felicitări celor care au ales să lucreze cu asemenea oameni minunați!
