I stayed at this hotel and checked in on 4 June. I arrived at around 1:00 PM. The reception staff informed me that the room was already ready, but they refused to provide it before the official check-in time of 2:00 PM. I politely requested early access since the room was available and this is a common courtesy offered by many hotels when rooms are ready. Unfortunately, the reception boy showed no flexibility and did not seem to understand our situation as tired tourists. This experience was disappointing and made us feel unwelcome. We finally received the room at 2:00 PM. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and suitable for a pleasant stay. My concern is not with the room but with the attitude and behavior at the reception. I kindly request the hotel management to review this matter and provide better customer service training to the front desk staff so that future guests have a more welcoming experience.

Очень удобная широкая кровать, подушки удобные. Очень приветливые девушки которые совершают уборку номеров и готовят завтраки.

Было чисто все кроме полов в номере, я попросила протереть, без проблем протерли. Но в Бухаре само по себе пыльно.

Понравилось: Эстетика отеля, уютно, все есть.

Колбаса и колбасный сыр на завтрак - это не еда. Это мусорная еда. Хочется два яйца на завтрак вместо сыра и колбасы. Сода в блинах сушит блины. Блины должны быть не сухими, а эластичными. Тогда они не будут рваться)

Le prix n'est pas celui indiqué sur booking. Il s'agit d'une arnaque. Le patron de l'établissement se vente d'avoir fait payer plus cher a d'autres clients quand nous sommes partis.
