Чисто та затишно, гарні краєвиди з балкона. Дуже зручно, що є чайник та мікрохвильовка. Недалеко від дороги, але машин практично не чути.

Трохи далеко від центру. В одноразових тапках не дуже зручно ходити по сходах, особливо дитині.
