We have fully enjoyed staying at the property. The most important - it’s staff that is working there and brings positive energy and really care about the guests. Special “ thank you” goes to the administrator pani Lena:) Also the window view makes the stay even more memorable. On top of that sauna and the pool.

Everything was good.

Great location with good facilities. The view from the heated pool or sauna is fantastic. Polite and professional personnel. All is good with the room isolation; we didn't have a problem with that, which is normal in a chalet. The road up to the hill wasn't that bad either we didn't have any issues. Tasty food at the restaurant, though it won't be exactly cheap, more in line with Bukovel standards.

It's not much to really dislike, but if we have to mention a few things, it could be: 1 - not a great selection of food or drinks at the restaurant; more local food or drinks would be great; 2 - the heated pool wasn't always "heated", was quite cold in one of the days but maybe it was because of the cold weather in that day, I don't know; 3 - same breakfast every day, not much choice. But these are just small details, it was a great experience overall, and we are sure it should be even greater in the summer.
