The Mist Holiday Bungalow

The location is ok near to Haputale town .

We reached there like 10pm In booking.com it’s mentioned the room with Flat screen TV but they gave very tiny room without TV it’s totally different from the images in the booking.com. When I arrived there there is no adapter to charge my phone when I asked first he mentioned you have to bring the adapter then I said you must have an normal adapter then he told peoples who came here will take blah blah then he gave me the old one . First he mentioned you can charge in the reception desk how can I put my phone on reception desk and go to the room no point really very very disappointed and they don’t know how to treat customers. We came there late night but in the morning like 7 am it’s very very noisy because dining area is near to our room can’t event sleep very very disgusting at that moment .

Glamour is in the perfect location. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind.

Our room was right next to the family’s living room, so we could hear everything — not ideal for privacy. It was also smaller than shown in the pictures, and we found hair on the floor when we arrived.

Des équipement complémentaires seraient bienvenus comme une bouilloire ou un sèche cheveux mais le tout est largement compensé par la bienveillance des hôtes. On recommande fortement cet hébergement !

Wonderful host and hostess, beautiful view, close to the center of Haputale, good breakfast. Would heartily recommend!

Some rooms need a little maintenance (missing towel rack in bathroom, windows that don't fully close)

La gentillesse du gérant et de sa femme qui parlait français, ils nous ont aidé pour trouver des transports et elle a préparé des supers repas pour mon bébé 😉 Ils étaient dispo pour nous préparer le petit dej dès 6h30 si besoin et s'adapter à nos changements de programmes.
