Staff were helpful, allowing us to drop off bags early. The room was exceptional; spacious, clean and comfortable with a great shower.

The pre-check in process seemed like unnecessary bureaucracy (including passport scan) as it then all needed to be done again at actual check in. However, the main downside of this lovely place was that we were kept awake until 4am by the local discos.

The location and how safe it felt

I have checked in and soon realized I had no hand towels in the bathroom. I asked for one and was told they don’t have any as they are using them all. I was like “ok, but I have 0 at the moment”. I was told maybe the next day they will have some. The next day I asked again and was told they don’t have any still. The outside of the room is nice and feels safe and like a little oasis. The pool is cold and probably for that reason haven’t seen anyone dipping in it. The location is super convenient. It is like 2min walk to the center. The only thing I did not like about the location was that there was some street construction happening and it was super loud during the day. At night, both nights, it was super loud from some club nearby with music. I had to buy ear plugs to be able to sleep. The hot water did not work when I was there. There were no plastic utensils available either.

Beatiful scenery, small boutiqe hotel with sweet people and staff. Rigth in the heart of the city Cozumel

Very loud next door bar, but thats what you get for a city location.

Beaucoup de bruit le week end provoqué par la musique des bars ou boite de nuit proches de l’hotel et ce jusqu’à 4 heures du matin
