For Balti, the design of the hotel is very modern and good. The rooms is spacious. Girls at reception were nice, but under trained. They landed me steamer for wedding dress of our bride, but only in the service room, cause you are not allowed to take it out.

It's very bad. This is not the hotel for a comfy stay, from the whole of my stay I had 0.5 quiet nigh. 1. Soundproofing is not existent in this hotel. Walls must be made from paper. I've heard everything and everyone. This is a wedding hotel, so every night I was listening to 3 weddings, above me, below me and next to me. And it is very loud. When there is no wedding, there is a birthday party, you can hear it too. When there is no wedding or birthday, there is a neighbour listening to the music in the room, and you can hear it. If there is nothing of the above happening, there is a catch there is a music constantly playing in the corridor and no one bothered to turn it off, even after we asked for this. Plus, girls from accounting who is chatting the whole day loudly with no consideration for the guest. And guess what, one day we also hear the director, who was standing and shouting loudly in the corridor. THIS IS NOT a QUITE hotel. One night i heard a stray of dogs killing each other at 4.20am. 2. Service, they are trying but not succeeding. The safe was not working, and we will spend 10 min before leaving the room trying to close it. The phone in the room was not working. The bathroom is not thought through, so after every shower there is a flooding. We ordered breakfast to our newly-wed room from evening, but they just forgot about it and "was waiting for our call" even so we asked it to be delivered at 9.15, but we only got it at 9.47, so we were late because of it. Irons were not working in our room (the water just rushed out of it), in the newly-wed room and in our friend's room. I needed to iron my suit for the wedding, but they didn't have any other irons, so I have to by the new one for 70£, in the nearby shop. 3. Cleanness, the floor was sooo dirty, my socks would stain in 10 min. Our newly-weds saw the cockroaches on the table with a manages, and she asked them not to kill it. Please avoid this horrible place.

Music in the hall didn’t let us proper sleep
