Manager was not that pleasant to deal with. He looked not prepared and booked us in a wrong room when we arrived. They did compensate later by giving a better room for one day which is appreciable.

oceanfront, got a room with sea view, good restaurant on the premise. Owners Shanti and Shankar were very friendly and helpful

Some of the staff were not friendly perhaps they don’t get paid enough for all the hard work. i work in hotels too, and i know over worked staff on hard days will still smile if they are being compensated well. Service at the restaurant was very slow, such a shame because the restaurant serves some lip smacking food.

Nice facility and rooms are equipped with ambiance light. Direct connection to the beach via a bridge. Very quite surrounding. Restaurant/Cafe is nice to chill and enjoy the view.

The basic rooms have no windows (!) and it was full of mosquitos, which we had to chase out with insense sticks No wardrobe or fridge in the rooms.

The staff and management were exceptional. So helpful and friendly. I loved the style and decor of the place. It was in a great location, with its own private beach, and restaurant overlooking the sea. The food was fantastic, too.

Only a couple of little things. Some shelves or drawers for clothes would have been good. Also, my room (106) faced the sea, but big palm leaves had grown up so there was no sea view at all. We would have really appreciated a kettle and tea making facilities in the room. Although it wasn't too much trouble to go to the restaurant for a cup of tea.
