Pessoal do atendimento extremamente gentil. De uma atenção e cordialidade raras de se ver. Foi uma viagem de lazer. Para conhecer a cidade. A trabalho, vivo em hoteis. Este ano, já foram 19 viagens. Sei o que digo quando digo que foram excelentes.

Atendimento da recepção dos dias 13 para 14 Nov e 14 para 15 Nov 2025 e do café da manhã.

O quarto 114 não estava bem limpo, pois o vaso sanitário estava com odor de urina. O lençol estava com uma pequena sujeira e parecia que não foi trocado, inclusive por estar amarrotado. Como fui só para dormir as duas diárias, nem falei na recepção e não sou exigente demais. Mas, registrei aqui para poderem verificar estes pontos de melhoria!
