Rude, dirty, construction started outside my door at 8am. When i came back to grab my pack they wouldn’t let me use the bathroom

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Staying here was a traumatic experience. - dirty - not vacuumed for a long time - dead cockroach in the livingroom - half of the ceiling was missing in the toilette - no door handle in the door of the toilette - broken window blinds - only one light was possible to turn on - holes in the walls (through who knows what can crawl into) - booked a room with a balcony = got a room with a door that opens to a yard full of trash - balcony door can't close = unsafe. Best advice is to keep away. I am truly sorry for my review. This is the first time I give a negative review in my life, but it is much needed. Hotel management, please fix these issues.

La ubicación, la vista ,los señores era muy amables, fueron a recoger una bola de pelos que había en mi tina

a pesar de que mi habitación la encontré muy descuidada y la tina llena con pelos , las camas eran muy cómodas , que lamentable que sea tan descuidado el lugar , la limpieza necesita más atención
