The property was located in a beautiful natural surrounding and was close to Old Manali Market

1. The property is very poorly planned where there was no indoor common area even at -5 degrees. We had to sit outside for cafe food or even to hangout which was very difficult 2. The new property manager was rude and not hospitable at all. He gave our beds which we had paid for to someone else at night and we had to stay without a room in the morning when we arrived. He gave us a heater as "complimentary" which didn't compensate that we had to wait outside in freezing cold weather. 3. The rooms were dirty, not deep cleaned regularly and very small storage space for luggage which meant the whole room floor was scattered with luggage. The dustbins were not emptied out regularly and neither were the washrooms cleaned regularly.
