The rooms were clean and comfortable, and there is a well-equipped lounge and a bar next door. But it really is the sevice that was exceptional - upon arrival the owner informed us that there was a carnival happening directly across the street which would be quite loud, and offered to arrange accommodation in a different hotel nearby. Then he helped to contact booking com to modify the booking when we were unable to do so online.. Despite our very limited Spanish he was very patient and kind throughout our whole stay. I would highly recommend this hotel - we hope to return in the future to again enjoy the hospitality and the beauty of the surrounding area. Muchos gracias!

Nothing - everything met our expectations and the service was exceptional.

Location and views were fantastic.

1) Walls are very thin, you could hear everything happening in other rooms as well as the corridor and the entrance. 2) Room was freezing cold, to the point of shivering all night long. 3) The beds were too hard and old.

This is the best hotel!! Super clean! It's an amazing location! And the owners are very kind 😊
