Top Lage direkt am wunderschönen feinen Strand von Matemwe wo man kilometerlange Spaziergänge machen kann. Neben dem Hotel war der Fischmarkt, vom Sonnendeck aus konnte man beobachten wie die Fischer ihren Fisch auf dem heimischen Markt versteigern ließen. Die Atmösphäre war sehr entspannt und familiär. Kasia ist eine sehr liebevolle Gastgeberin, sie steht Ihren Gäste mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und versucht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Von ihr haben wir auch viele wertvolle Tipps erhalten. Als mein Mann Mageprobleme hatte, hat sich sofort einen super leckeren Ingwertee für ihn zubereitan lassen der auch wunderbar geholfen hat. Das Frühstück, alles einheimische Produkte, auf der Terasse mit Blick auf den Indischen Ozean war auch hervorragend! Sehr zu empfehlen, es wird viel Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. Kleiner Insidertipp, das super leckere Guacamole und selbstgemachte Marmelade zum Frühstück, der Thunfischtartar und die Mchichi Suppe, hhmmmmm!!! Liebe Kasia, wir haben dich ins Herz geschlossen. I took long flight to Zanzibar, it was really comfortable and relax when I stayed here for 2 nights. The crews of hotel were friendly and helped me a lot during staying. And the breakfast was tasty as well.

Všeč mi je bilo vse: lokacija, soba, restavracija, hrana, vrt,... in še posebej zelo prijazna gostiteljica in osebje. Majhen družinski hotel stoji na plaži, soba je bila prostorna, čista, z izhodom na bazen in na plažo. Odlična hrana v restavraciji s pogledom na ocean.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Mambo Paradise. Kasia, the owner, and her entire team made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived — it truly felt like our home away from home. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed. Upper deck terrace offered a stunning view of the ocean, making every meal even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious and freshly prepared every day. Kasia is an exceptional host — warm, caring, and full of fascinating stories about the true life of Zanzibar. She goes above and beyond to make every guest’s wish come true. While my husband enjoyed his fishing trip, I was treated to a relaxing massage and a beautiful henna tattoo. Kasia truly makes the impossible possible. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Mambo Paradise and can’t wait to return to our beloved Zanzibar! ❤️

Mambo Paradise is a wonderful, intimate hotel located right by the beach. Spacious rooms with a breathtaking view of the ocean and a beautiful sunrise every morning. In this location, you can truly experience the local life of the smiling villagers. The endless stretch of pristine beach is perfect for long walks. The hotel’s restaurant is excellent, serving delicious breakfasts and fresh seafood dishes throughout the day, as well as other local specialties. Freshly squeezed juices, coconuts straight from the palm tree—everything is healthy and prepared by hand. Kasia, the owner, is always cheerful and helpful in organizing excursions. Highly recommended!

Honestly, I’d stay here every single time. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and even allowed us a late checkout so we could soak up more beach time and explore the fish market. It’s run by the most wonderful family, who make you feel completely at home from the moment you arrive. The food was absolutely delicious – fresh, flavorful, and made with so much care.
