The hotel is in a good location - near the park and some nice restaurants, not far from the bazaar and the rooms and breakfast area are quiet. The staff were outstanding! They arranged for a driver for us to spend the day visiting various sites in Margilan and Kokand which was helpful as we only had limited time in Fergana. When we left they arranged a taxi to the station and told us the price. My partner accidentally left his hiking boots behind but I phoned them from the train station and they immediately put them in a taxi and they got to us before our train to Tashkent.

The only small thing preventing this from being 10/10 was the bed - the mattress was too firm. Having now stayed in a few places in Uzbekistan I think this is quite usual as many of the beds have been hard (for a UK sleeper).
