Familienhotel Felsenhof

The hotel offers a good option for families. We have 4 children 1/4/7/10 years old. The younger two were taken care of in the kids club allowing us to Ski which was so helpful. The staff were kind in the kids club and attentive. The food was delicious. Our room had a mezzanine was clean and modern. The outdoor pool was lovely and the kids pool my little ones loved.

I’m English speaking and on check in I was promised the kids activity sheet would be translated into English for me. I asked a further two times and kept on being told ‘later.’ I felt like the fact I didn’t speak German was not catered for very well by the reception staff. Then in the room the whole booklet about the hotel was in German. thank God for photo translation apps. Again I felt irritated that there wasn’t an English version. I think you definitely need a car if you are a family with small kids. There were not any activities for the older kids. young children were in the sauna which they weren’t allowed to be in. Also a coffee machine in the room is a must!!!
