Tasty meal in restaurant downstairs. No noise or smell from restaurant in bedroom Price Family run Happy to put freezer blocks to freeze Happy to let me fill hot water flask Owner spoke some English and family nice

Didn't answer re being able to arrive early - but we did send message in English . Non English speaking staff member did let us in eventually at 4 and we told other customer who was waiting to come to side door 5 pm is late for check in. Didn't get a reply re the note on booking. Com about pre organised free parking available. So didn't know where to go. Do NOT park in side road- by side door- you will get fined. Can quickly unload There's a car park 5 mins walk away free on Sundays. Mon to Fri 9 am to 6 pm I think- not sure max stay 2 hrs free. . Sat 9 to 2. 2 std Couldn't see anywhere to pay for longer Same for some places near front door. 2 hrs A neighbour told us! Might be a bit noisy from road in front bedrooms when road reopens. But WE are used to quiet cul de sac at home so sensitive to noise. For the price- it was worth it. Would prefer cheap price than expensive alternatives. No kettle but doesn't seem to be provided in many places in Germany and Belgium

Rooms in a house converted into a hotel, above a Chinese restaurant so you could miss it easily when walking past it. Good standard, large rooms, good breakfast, next to a tram stop to Koeln city centre - no complaints!

Ok. Very basic

Really friendly staff, modern rooms. The bathroom facilities were modern and roomy, and bed was really comfortable. Located conveniently close to a tram stop. Great breakfast in the morning, and beautiful koi fish pond in the lobby.

I had a little bit of an issue getting the shower to drain. Also struggled with the door to the building, it gets a little stuck.

Shower only came out full heat

Very clean, comfortable The staff was polite and discretely always happy to help.
