Zaolatil jsem přes Bookin pokoj 22 m s extra velkou manželskou postelí 190x 200 a sofou. Místo toho byli v pokoji vedle sebe dvě lůžka a sofa nebyla vůbec. V noci se netopilo. Na posteli byla v noci zima jsem nastydl na páteř. Odjeli jsme se zablokovanými zády. Spali jsme oblečeni. JE TO NEFÉROVÉ JEDNÁNÍ A BOOKIN NEPSAL PRAVDU NEBO MAJITEL NERESPEKTOVAL OBJEDNÁVKU. I wandered through Booka's 22m room with an extra-large double bed 190x200 and a sofa. Instead, there were two beds next to each other in the room and no sofa at all. It didn't get hot at night. It was cold in bed at night, I caught a cold on my spine. We left with blocked backs. We slept dressed. IT IS UNFAIR DEALING AND BOOKIN WAS NOT WRONG WITH THE TRUTH OR THE OWNER DID NOT RESPECT THE ORDER
