Esprit d'Ici Hotel

Great location close to coconut beach. A bit further from the restaurants but easy walking distance. Beds were good too and large room.

The pool is at the back of the property surrounded by plants, making it a mosquito area and there is no service for drinks there.. not so nice for us to relax and swim. Also communication could have been much better. We were there with Xmas and they didn’t inform us about activities. Also it wasn’t clear we had to put the card outside of the door for the room to be cleaned. Check out took very long.. Breakfast is every day the same.

Sijainti oli hyvä ja aamupala oli kohtuullisen hyvä.

Siivousta ei lainkaan 3 päivän aikana, ei jääkaappia, rakennustyö hotellin edessä. Kaipaakin itse hotellikin jo päivitystä, kulunut hotelli. Vessakin veti huonosti.

Nice, spacious rooms with balconies. Buffet breakfast with live cooking. Amazing pool surrounded by trees. Nice terrace on the roof. Very helpful staff, special thanks to Chatura.

Location close to coconut tree hill and view from the room to hill was impressive. Walking distance to Mirissa beach. Breakfast buffet was ok (1 morning was a la carte because of few quests), but there is no drinking water in buffet, you need to order. Food selection was almost the same every day(egg/omlet, bread, fruit, sausages, pancaces, roti). Personal is very helpful, especially great thanks to receptionist Chatura, who find quick solution to change our room, when construction noise was disturbing. View from roof top bar was beautiful. Pool was clean and nice in the middle of the greenery.

Breakfast could be more variative and drinking water should be on the buffet table. Some rooms have nice view, some others only roof of next house. Roof top terrasse could be more cosy, then it will be more popular. If to make some small changes in hotel, it has great potential. Bathrooms ( f.e. our 1st room) need renovation.
