It is a greenery concept hotel. It is a good hotel for the nature lovers. Its really nice hotel.

Overall everything was ok.

We loved our stay here. Great value for money. Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable beds. Lovely open shared space downstairs with space to relax. Helpful and kind team. Not far from the beach and a quick tuk tuk if you prefer. Highly recommend!

Great, clean hotel in a good location very near Coconut Tree Hill and a small quiet beach. Good view from our room with a balcony. Breakfast was very good, a buffet with lots of choices. Lovely swimming pool around the back of the hotel. Staff were friendly and polite, and especially Hasi the manager who was very helpful. They had just opened a new rooftop bar, which is huge and looks amazing.

Nothing not to like

The stay at the hotel was perfect. The staff is very caring and attentive, always ready to help. Delicious and hearty breakfasts. I would like to mention the restaurant at the hotel. Tuna steak was amazing, so tasty we have not eaten anywhere in Sri Lanka, served wonderful very high quality coffee. Comfortably equipped, spacious and clean rooms, beautiful bathroom. A special love is the pool area. There are flowers and bushes blooming around, birds singing, the water in the pool is clean and warm, there is a shower and towels, you can take drinks to the pool, thought out areas with shade to avoid getting burned. We fell in love with the place and the people and dream of coming back here again with friends to show them this wonderful place.

The hotel is situated across the street from a small beach access, and about 15min walk from the main beach. The lobby and restaurant are GORGEOUS, and the food is pretty good, especially for the price. The pool is beautiful and so lovely to use, we almost didn't need to go to the beach. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. They are renovating and updating rooms - the new rooms are incredibly nice. Finally, the staff were amazing - they constantly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. When we got into our room, we were getting settled and before we even noticed, the staff came in to tell us they were concerned that they'd heard an odd noise from the AC - they immediately upgraded our room and had a repair person out. Truly a lovely stay, on par with many of the much more expensive luxury resorts we saw. They're working on adding a rooftop and expanded facilities, and we definitely want to return to see what they do!

Water pressure was ok, but pretty standard for this area. Some ants and tons of mosquitoes outdoors, but again, par for the course.
