Hotel an der Reuss

Position

I arrived late , announced, and turns out there are absolutely no towers in the room and nobody to ask. Next morning a very kind employee caring for the bar somehow found two mini towels and I could have a shower. I late discovered that my colleague did not have the same issue in his room. Not a good experience of swiss quality.

The hotel is amazing, very comfortable, clean. Good location - close to train station and to the good grocery shop. Very delicious food at the restaurant of the hotel. It's great hotel for this money.

Breakfast expected to be better.

Dinner and breakfast good, staff very helpful and nice

Too warm in the rooms, noisy outside due to close roads and train line

Trash can in the room was not empty.

I was caught off guard by heavy snow and had to make an unexpected stop here. What stood out the most was the incredible kindness of the staff, they were extremely welcoming and helpful. The food at the restaurant was really good, making my unplanned stop a truly pleasant experience. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place.

There was truly nothing I didn’t like, so I would definitely recommend it!

Good location in terms of access. Very friendly staff and nice onside restaurant.
