Surf Sea Breeze

Der Pool ist schön und das Personal vom Restaurant sehr nett. Der Strandabschnitt im Vergleich zum Rest von Mirissa ruhig und für Kinder zum Planschen im seichten Wasser ideal.

Unser Zimmer hat gleich beim reingehen beißend gerochen und im Bad habe ich dann entdeckt dass die ganze Wand voller Schimmel war. Die Handtücher, Vorhänge, Teppiche und Tagesdecken waren fleckig und sehr abgenutzt. Wir konnten das Zimmer nicht wechseln da das Hotel voll war und ich musste mit meinem 5 jährigen Sohn eine Nacht in diesem dreckigen, verschimmelten Zimmer schlafen. Am nächsten Tag bekamen wir ein kostenfreies Upgrade. Nichtsdestotrotz für diesen Preis (mit Abstand die teuerste Unterkunft unserer Reise) absolut inakzeptabel. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt: trotz der Lage etwas abseits hört man nachts die Musik vom Strand extrem laut bis in die Morgenstunden.

We loved the location of this place. It’s right by the beach with a decent pool. The best part was the staff and the service, everybody was so nice and helpful.

It’s not the cleanest place you’ll find but again it’s decent.

Location, friendly breakfast staff, many employees happy to help when needed. Its a simple hotel and more boutique but had everything we needed for a couple of nights and I'd stay again. It isn't high end, but that isn't what we expected nor paid for.

We were in a budget room which was absolutely fine, I would recommend they put a glass window in the bathroom to stop the AC getting out and the mozzie net doesn't sit over the bed so we couldn't use it properly. A chair in the room would have been great but not required.

Es war wie im Paradies. Wir wollten gar nicht abreißen. Perfekte Lage direkt am Strand. Super schöne, saubere und gepflegte Anlage mit Pool und vielen Liegen. Geschäfte und Läden waren fußläufig erreichbar, dennoch befand man sich mitten in der Natur. Das Personal war super freundlich. Beim dazugehörigen Restaurant isst man direkt am Strand mit den Füßen am Sand.

Het douchegordijn zat vol schimmel, en de kamer werd niet schoongemaakt. Er was nog geen prullenbakje in de kamer, geen waterkokertje of glas. Ook geen plek om kleding op te hangen terwijl het vol zit met mieren dus dat zou wel handig zijn. Het raam wat wij hadden daar zat glas is waar je niet door naar buiten kon kijken. Wij zijn een dag eerder vertrokken. Veel te duur voor wat er werd aangeboden

The location right on beautiful Mirissa Beach was unbeatable. The rooms were very comfortable. Comfy beds and good, hot showers. Good size fridge provided. Excellent choice of delicious breakfast options. Warm, friendly and very responsive staff.

The guy on the front desk when we arrived was unpleasant and charged us an additional fee to cover the booking.com charge. Please do not let this stop you from staying here because we had a wonderful stay in every other way.

Probably one of the best locations in Mirissa to chill and watch the sea. The sunbeds facing the ocean are perfect! The pool is good. Overall friendly, rooms are okay (basic) and food is also okay. Location is good if you want to explore other restaurants- street begins right at the hotel. Nice balcony if you have a top floor room.

Schöne Lage am Strand am Ende der Bucht daher nicht mehr so viel los. Sri Lankian Frühstück auf Vorbestellung.

Das Badezimmer war sehr klein, Dusche ohne Duschwand dadurch stand alles unter Wasser. Am frühen Abend fast kein Wasser zum Duschen und nur brennheiß, generell etwas schmutzig und in die Jahre gekommen. Zum Eingang des Zimmers muss man unter den Klimaanlagenaußengeräten durchgehen die teilweise hinuntertropfen.
