Great location right at Mirissa beach

I think the rooms weren’t great and not very clean. The sheets and the towels weren’t also super clean and the room was quite basic. The lights were just bulbs hanging from the ceiling.

Lugar bonito en frente de la playa, cerca de ubicaciones de visita. Genial para hacer una parada para el siguiente destino. Empleados simpáticos, serviciales y atentos

Que no se pudiera pagar con tarjeta. Los baños un poco antiguos, pero por la calidad precio bueno.

What a beautiful setting, the hotel has its own lovely restaurant directly on the beautiful Marissa Beach. We could eat our tasty breakfast under coconut trees with our feet in the sand right next to the ocean, or in the nicely designed covered area with the same gorgeous view. The food was good quality, very clean restaurant and facilities, we tried lunches and dinners too, including freshly caught fish. Accommodation upstairs doesn't follow the same vibe as it's very basic. Surfing, boarding, turtle watching are possible nearby. Various shops and restaurants right next to the hotel, easy tuk tuk ride to other places, we went to Weligama for 1000 rupees one way. Overall a great place for families who want to enjoy a decent beachfront hotel on a budget.

The accommodation is very very basic, but it is clean, with comfy beds, and has everything that is needed. For this price I can't complain ;)

The location is great and is right on the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The room size is good.

Staff were not overly friendly. Very noisy air conditioning. No hot water or blankets. Safe in the room did not work and was advised by staff that it would be fixed but never was. Breakfast was the worst we had in the many hotels we stayed in this trip and only started at 830am, which is too late for breakfast.

Die Lage , wunderbar am Strand gelegen! Der Blick aus dem Zimmer, bougainvillea vor dem Fenster, mit Meeresrauschen einschlafen! Die herzliche Frau Nadeesha war sehr nett und hilfsbereit!

Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis vom Dinner Essen abends ….hat aber nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun , dass Frühstück kann man am Strand zu sich nehmen, dass ist toll!

Bagno piccolo e puzza di umido. Abbiamo cambiato stanza in quanto la prima era piena di zanzare dato che c'era uno spiraglio nel balcone e non si chiudeva totalmente
