The Burnside Hotel

I highly recommend this hotel; it is situated in a good, quiet, and peaceful location. It is clean, the service is polite, and a major advantage is the free on-site parking. I recommend it. We didn’t have breakfast, had food in the bar first night which was very good. The rooms are quite dated, we stayed here several years ago, the whole Hotel badly needs updated.

The headboard in room seven was broken and uneven has slipped down, something we thought should have been repaired.

Lovely room, big comfortable bed, fluffy towels, plenty of tea/coffee etc. Staff friendly. Plenty parking.

There was nothing I didn't like

Trash was emptied every day we were there-unexpected nice service! So close to train-easy 3-4min walk!

WiFi ok in the room-I kept getting dropped. But it was great in the lobby, so I sat there as needed

Amazing staff were friendly and went over and above to make the stay an enjoyable one Location great for Hampden, quick train journey to Florida area Super fresh breakfast, we were quite late to arrive and was no issue at all

No negatives

Was nice and clean

The mattresses were rather flat
