Pomocny personel, lokalizacja w samym centrum Gniezna, darmowy parking, śniadanie w porządku.

Bardzo, bardzo zimno w łazience - praktycznie nie grzał kaloryfer. Do tego na początku zimna woda. Przy pobycie z dziećmi to był problem. Sytuacja zmieniła się po zgłoszeniu tego faktu na recepcji. Początkowo w apartamencie słabo grzały kaloryfery. Został wstawiony kolejny elektryczny i generalnie sytuacja poprawiła się. Pomimo niedogodności, to zainteresowanie personelu obiektu naszymi problemami jest na plus! Nie działał telewizor - podobno była uszkodzona antena. Tutaj nic nie dało się zrobić.

Śniadanie pogorszyło się od poprzedniego pobytu.

do poprawy jest codzienne sprzątnięcie pokoju wyniesienie śmieci i uzupełnienie zużywających się środków w WC. byliśmy 2 noce / co by było jak byśmy byli tydzień. a ponadto jeśli jest łoże małżeńskie to przydała by się duża wspólna kołdra, a nie dwie małe pojedyncze, to po co łoże małżeńskie chyba że chodzi o cenę pokoju.
