Buena atención en general.

En la habitación mucho olor a humedad, el servicio de aseo muy maluco, simplemente pasaban a tender la cama, no hicieron cambio de sabanas, el piso siempre con tierra y el baño en la ducha al tener solo una parte de la división terminaba inundandose todo.

Pésima atención, reservamos en horas de la tarde, confirmaron la misma por mensaje de la app, e incluso enviaron el link para el check in. Ya en la noche al llegar, me indican que la reserva no aparece. El recepcionista con una pésima y desagradable actitud no me brinda ningún tipo de solución, ni siquiera una disculpa. No recomendaría jamás este lugar!

Me gustó la piscina

No me gusto que no queda junto a las piscinas toca pasar la calle y al frente queda el hospedaje, ademas sentí que no eran nada amables cuando respondian por WhatsApp, me demore 5 minutos mas para entregar la habitación y senti que no fueron cordiales solo por esos minutos , la división del baño suena muy feo cuando se abre o se cierra , el hotel no queda en el pueblo queda a 20 minutos , el valor de las comidas y cócteles son costosos

Muy bien todas las instalaciones

Las camas del hotel son muy incómodas, delgadas y demasiado duras, la ubicación no es tan cerca a la plaza principal, más de 15 minutos caminando
