"Super relaxing."

The pool is great, we had a double room, the bed was super comfortable, everything was clean and the rooms are not that close to the pool so you do not hear the music throughout the day. The food was good and it has good prices and variety in the menu. The staff is really nice, they are willing to assist and to help you with your stay not only in the hotel but on Guaduas.

I think this is just Guaduas it’s self there are a lot of flies, it’s quite bothering if you’re just sitting taking the sun.

"Nice place to stay. The swimming pool hours were good, too. The food prices were a little high."

The room was clean, the swimming pool was nice, everything was fine.

One of the staff members did not tell us about the extra cost of an additional food service. The rest was great.
