The receptionist does not speak georgian!!!!!! Only RUSSIAN and english. That’s just terrible. Breakfast was so bad we could not eat any of it.

הקירבה לאתר הסקי. הפקיד של הקבלה הנוף מהחדר היה מהמם!

רק אחרי כחמישה ימים שהיינו שם שאלו האם אנחנו רוצים שיגיעו לנקות? אמרנו שכן, ואז הגיעה עובדת ניקיון שקצת מרחה את הריצפה ולא ניקתה בכלל את השירותים והמקלחת! היינו 9 לילות במלון והשירותים לא נוקו אפילו פעם אחת! ארוחת בוקר-גרועה!
