"Amazing staff"

The staff 🥰 they were super nice during the whole stay and they baked a cake for our friend’s birthday and accommodated my other friend’s dietary needs - she is celiac and allergic to dairy and eggs, so it’s no easy deed! Thank you Cyrel! Shower is great, they also have a bidet by the toilet. Robes are fluffy. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were included and very tasty and nicely presented.

Nothing I disliked about the property, I would prefer to be closer to the ski lanes, but if I were to come back, I would stay here again anyway.

"The worst experience"

The location is good, it has a parking place, The room was okey but the beds not so

we wanted to go to ski and we decided to take some breakfast , we waited 30 minutes for breakfast just an omlete and we did not get it. We lost the time and no one apologized for that!!

Новый отель, чистый, приятный персонал

Ресторан. Мне кажется надо оставить просто хорошие завтраки, которые не надо ждать час. Как минимум круассаны, чай,кофе, сыры, бутерброды, а там уже все будут до заказывать остальное. Просто ужин после каталки- даже я ушла голодная, хотя не ем много. Лучше отправлять напролом в рестораны гулять вечером, но хотя бы обеспечивать хорошим завтраком
