Nice hotel, secure parking for the motorcycles. Comfortable with decent size rooms. Good breakfast.

The breakfast was okay. The restaurant staff were very polite and courteous especially Salah. They tried their upmost to meet our requirements. Thank you to all the restaurant staff.

I didn’t like the rooms as they were very dull.

Altought it seems remote, Guercif is easy to reach and a very good place to stay: the Chark's staff is very profissional and the hotel facilities are good.

The hotel itself it is good, but the staff is not really welcoming. I stepped in the hotel and asked for a room, and I was told that the hotel is full and that I should go and check other places. Hearing that, I entered on Booking app, booked a room, got a discount and with the reservation done, it seems that there was a room. In the end it was better for me, as I got a better deal from Booking compared to the price at the reception. The hotel has parking downstairs for your car/motorbike which is great.

The staff are not really welcoming, the wifi was not working during my stay and the only response I got from them was that "Maybe it is broken..." In the morning for breakfast, they weren't really welcoming or nice, but the breakfast itself it is good value.
