On day 2 no room cleaning was done , no pick up of trash and no water re stocking

Rating based on a stay of 6 nights and 7 days; solo business traveller. • Hygiene (10/10) – Extremely clean and sanitary. Not a spot of dirt in the entire room. • Build and amenities (10/10) – Straight from the playbooks of 5-star hotels like Radisson. You will not find a property this clean, fresh, and well-maintained in the class of 3-star hotels at this price point. They Woodbury features wooden flooring, a central AC system with a control panel, telephone service, 24/7 room service, TV (with subscription to all the OTT platforms available in India that you've ever heard of), a fridge, a wardrobe, a work chair (with desk area), a mini table and a chair (for dining), a tea/coffee maker, an iron, a balcony, linens and blankets, and drinking water (2 litres per day is free). They have used some sort of noise cancellation as you can see padding of rubbers at the windows, hardly heard any noise or any sort of disturbance while the windows were closed. Overall a quiet place if you want to attend few meetings. • Bathroom (10/10) – Very clean; hot and cold water in all taps and shower heads, towels, and other complimentary toiletries. • Staff (10/10) – Friendly and understanding. The staff members put their best to provide you with all the amenities that you want. Highly impressive. • Food – Breakfast and tea are available (9/10). For lunch and dinner, you can use online food delivery apps/services. The staff will receive your order and will deliver it to your room with cutlery. The food delivery and grocery services work 24/7 in this area, so you can order anything you want at any time. • Location (10/10) – In the vicinity of Cybercity, there is a security check-post, so there is no issue with safety. At a distance of 4km from Cyber Park. This is an extremely good location for people travelling for business as well as leisure. They keep track of every vehicle entering and leaving the area.

Nothing as such, only that it took an hour to arrange a room for me after I arrived at the hotel. However, it was an early check-in and I had informed them before my arrival. They arranged an upgraded room for me for a day since the room of my choice was not available. So kudos to their team.

I really like how clean and flexible the environment was and staff was helpful

I didn't like that they don't have the toiletries and room slippers

I like the room how spacious it was.

The AC was not working properly nor the fridge was working, we specially included the breakfast but they just said they have paratha that too with onion when we told them its navratre we dont want onions they denied it and served us paranthas with onion as they had no other option in breakfast.
