"very bad, not worth going again"

None of the amenities promised during booking were available in the room. The room was extremely small, and the bedsheets were dirty, making it a very disappointing experience. The food quality was poor, and even the buffet service was unavailable. The tea was subpar, and the staff's behavior was highly unprofessional.
