Staff offered quick service and were friendly. Good standard of cleanliness. Room was a nice size.

There was a terrible smell of drains in the bathroom that appeared strongly each time water was run. It was overpowering, we told the staff but it appears there was not much they could do. Guests should not have to put up with this when they have paid for a stay it was very unpleasant. The bed linen and towels were very old and had some stains, holes and threads coming out - they need replacing.

The hotel is very accommodating and staff especially Vivek ,are always very helpful

Other than the room being spacious, it had nothing more to it especially bathroom sink getting clogged. I asked for staff to come and check to which they told me there is no staff

The Place was well maintained, clean and tidy. Location was good and just right for my requirement of work which was located less than 2 kms away and was hence convenient. Uber cabs had no difficult in locating the place.

There was no restaurant to eat and dine and all food was served in the room. This was a bit inconvenient as there is limited table space for two in the room and we had to take turns even for breakfast but I am not complaining.
